Delete your account

In the app

1. Open any club’s app on ProStore+ and sign in.
2. Go to Account.
3. Tap “Delete your account”, at the foot of the page.
4. Tap “Delete for good” to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email us from the address you sign in with, and ask us to delete your account. We’ll confirm by email and delete it within 30 days.

Or write to hello@prostoreplus.ie with the subject “Delete my ProStore+ account”.

What’s deleted, and what’s kept

Deleted

Your account and your sign-in: your email address, password and name, and the details you saved with your account, in every club’s app.

Kept

Each club keeps its record of what you ordered from it, which it needs for its accounts. Records of payments are kept for 6 years, as Irish tax law requires, and then deleted.

If you run a club’s store

If you’re the only admin of a club’s store, make someone else an admin first. The app won’t delete the account of a club’s last admin, so the club doesn’t lose its store.
